之前已对此事产生有好奇之心。

中风(Stroke)的十大引发病因：

以上，都是常见的疾病。
然而，就是这些所谓常见的疾病，
引发中风，严重性来说，它，可致命。

很多人都以为，中风是毫无预兆。
其实，只是我们不曾留意而已。

其中的症状有：
1. 突然感到全身软弱，或者脸部、手臂或一边的身体麻痹。
2. 突然单眼或双目视线模糊不清。
3. 说话口齿不清，语无伦次。
4. 神志不清。
5. 颚部(Jaw)刺痛，手足不灵活。
6. 恶心或呕吐，身体失去平衡。
7. 毫无缘由的头痛。

以我所知，以上有些症状与骨痛热症有所相似。
不过，通常，只要有以上其中一个症状，应该都能察觉自己身体不适吧？
所以，不舒服的时候，就要说自己生病了，不要假强(geh kiang)，以为自己很能顶。
知道吗？

中风是有得医疗的。
只要是及早接受治疗，就可减少中风后遗症，病患也可以恢复正常生活。

至于其他人呢，拥有健康的生活习惯很重要。
如何预防：
1. 多吃蔬菜和水果。
2. 多做运动。(多走路也行！)
3. 减少食用糖份和盐份。(糖尿病和高血压的元凶！)
4. 不要吃太多零食。(薯片少吃几片总行了吧？)
5. 少吃油腻的食物。(减少肉类和煎炸食物。)
6. 减少抽烟或戒烟吧。

But.. How come still haven't out..? So slow..
New semester is going to start soon..

MS Paint is Cool

Today got nothing to do..
So, I search some interesting stuff from You Tube.
This is a video which show how to draw a women by using MS Paint.
This fellow is incredible cool~
His name is Shukei20, and he named himself as a pixel artist.



He really amazed me a lot.. (X-D)
Since we can draw pretty image by only using MS Paint..
So, I decided to try to draw myself an easy piece..
I think the character from Naruto, Sakura is the easist to draw..

Erm.. The result was.. Not so satisfield.. (T-T)
Maybe this is the 1st time I use this program to draw manga..
Sakura looks stiff.. Like a old abandon stone..

I took the guitar lesson since form3.

Now I'm at grade 3, still very teruk.

My guitar teacher, Mr Teh Gene Hoon,

a 26 years old guy( I think now he is single), tall,

like to talk about "cold jokes", but a friendly nice teacher.

He wear addidas or converse shoes, takes converse bag,

dress up with Polo T or T-shirts, wear jeans,

wearing the same watch everytime....

He can play many kind of instrument.

Classical guitar, electric guitar, bass, drum, piano...

Maybe still got some more I don't know.

Oh, before that, he was a art teacher.

Strange, huh?

绝对Superstar

总决赛的名单出炉啦！不过胜利者却不是得到最高分的参赛者。 但是我也没失望，因为我最支持的那一位胜出了。 所以我现在超期待看总决赛， 希望她可以成为第2届的决对Superstar。

刚开始的时候，我对她一点兴趣都没有。因为她长得普通，没有什么特别然我住意她。不过，她进到24强的时候，我开始发现她的优点了。加上，她渐渐变得更漂亮了。她很有个性，沙哑的声音却可以唱得很好听！

我超欣赏她的!
